weds dinner indulgence
i was hungry last night and asked my mum to help me packed back some food. she asked me what i wanted, i couldn't decide. i finally decided to settle my crab craving. i asked for white pepper crab. unfortunately, the stall's not open and so i settled for the crab tang hoon (glass vermicelli). Crab's sweet, juicy with very firm flesh and uber yummy. Can't say the same for the tang hoon as usual, it's bland to the max. i wonder why the stall doesn't add more flavor to the stock in cooking the tang hoon, it would have been superb...

the crab yes!! when the roe season is around the corner.. wahhh.. damn shiok! for $22 i think it's damn worth it. the tang hoon.. hmm.. needs more oomph!.. hee :D
