For March, this will be the list. I have reduced the number of items because a) cannot think of what else to add and b) perhaps i can concentrate better for a lesser number of items this month.
LIFE
1) Eat less carbo/fried items.
2) Sign up on a exercise routine. Either Yoga/Pilates or something which the CC offers.
3) Meet and catch up with friends at least once if not twice a month!
4) Rest early - at least 3 times a week and by 11pm
Continue to drink 1 bottle of water per day when at work.
SPENDING
1) Credit card spending should keep between $600 to $800
2) Shop in a less frequent manner
3) Be debt free (excluding credit cards) for this month
4) Continue to look out for cheap bargains from everywhere else
Recapping Feb's list

3) Go to office on time, if not earlier so can leave on time when the sun is still shiny
Occasional days yes, still much to improve.
4) Rest early - at least 3 times a week and by 11pm
occasional days i sleep early.. not very often, but try to.
5) Eat right - fruit juice or fruits and vege included
yes!! happy to accomplish this.. will continue. Grapefruit juice is my fave at this moment :D
Continue to drink 1 bottle of water per day when at work.
i think this is slowly becoming a habit.. good to feel hydrated, but still need to improve more!
SPENDING
1) No shoes for Feb
So happy that i managed not to get any shoes for the month!!! i am impressed with myself!! Woah!
2) Buy pillow and quilt
Bought super bargained stuff from JL sale. Gave 1 pillow to my bro. i like the softness of the pillow!!
3) Be debt free (excluding credit cards) for this month
i paid my debts in time i believe :D
4) Credit card spending should not exceed $600
definitely will still need to work on this. i have changed the sentence to see if march will work.
5) Continue to look out for cheap bargains from G Market.
in the end i found out there are even cheaper items out there in the internet but seems like making purchases could be a hassle. still it's better than shopping at department stores...
