was craving for it after watching the cook show. even more when i couldnt get the order at tea cosy. so i made my own on Sun. didn't like cooking in the current kitchen, but i guess make do is ok de.
so i bought aust rib eye steak, already cut button mushrooms, chopped up some garlic, add some butter, cooked the mushrooms first with some onions and chicken stock. turned out the mushroom came out too wet. bought some coral lettuce as well.
definitely could have done better for the cost of the ingredients. then again, could have made two. anyhows, enjoyed cooking was quite fun. wonder what's next to cook up my sleeves. see what kind of craving i'd have bah :D.
