hokkaido cheese souffle

ok, so this is the Hokkaido Cheese Souffle i was talking about the other time and that's how it looks like. It's really sooooo light, it just melts in your mouth before you realised it. it has a light cheese fragrance which smells appetizingly sweet. the souffle's not extremely sweet, the sugary taste is just nice. in fact, the texture is almost like eating ice cream without it being icy!!


in all, i give it a 9.5/10 and don't eat it too fast, coz it's gone before you'd know it.


some things are meant to be savored!!
