what's cooking?

have attended twice these cooking lessons. i think for the price paid, it's quite worth it. get to drink wine, squeeze your own orange juice. eat the stuff you cook and learn to cook the stuff you eat. plus the ingredients are premium and definitely fresh. great experience. my next sesh will be on April 10 :D


Marinated Sea scallops with Tangerine wedges, Avruga Caviar and Truffle oil

Pasta tossed with Shaved Foie Gras, crushed Pinenuts and Seaweed

the not so easy to make but all soooo tasty lobster bisque with sauteed lobster tail

last but not least, a raspberry volka sorbet with candy floss to end this yummy cooking cum makan session!
